The IAMOT 2010 Conference administration wishes you a happy holiday season.

And with that, I have some good news to share:

The conference administration decided on the following:

•   To extend the deadline for submission of the paper to January 10, 2010.   This will give authors a chance to complete the paper after the holiday period.  The reviewers will work hard to provide any final comments by February 1st, 2010, so that you will meet the deadline of February 15, 2010 for submission of the final version.

•   The conference administration also decided to include the power point presentations for the “presentation only” accepted abstracts in the conference CD proceedings, or for presenters who are unable to complete the accepted papers by the deadline.  This will entail that we receive such presentation in .pdf format (limited to 20 slides @  2 per page, i.e. a total of 10 pages)  by the deadline of February 15, 2010.

I urge you to complete the registration per the posted instructions on the IAMOT 2010 conference website www.iamot010.org  for your paper to be included in the proceedings.

In addition, I would like that you make your reservation at the conference hotel venue mentioning IAMOT 2010 conference to get the special conference rate.
